For application forms please go to the property you are interested in and complete the online application form using 1Form button.
All non emergency property maintenance request must be give to us in writing. Please click on the link below to open the form and then print out, complete and fax or email back to our office.
Please read the following steps carefully to notify us about the rental property you are vacating:
1. Download the vacating notice document
2. Fill out your notice
3. Print and sign the notice form
4. Send form via email rentals@walkom.com.au or by mail.
Please contact our office if you have not received a reply to this request within 3 days.
