Ask the operator for an “emergency repair” and they will notify our team.
For urgent after-hours matters, you can also text 0474 748 991 with your full details, including:
address, repair issue, and tenant name.
On the next business day, please contact your Property Manager on 4974 8900 to advise what happened, who you contacted, and whether the repair has been completed.
If you contact a tradesperson directly, please call them to discuss your repair (not text).
